1. "Do you take walk-ins?" Yes, IF there is availability! We frequently host larger events such as birthdays and large youth groups, so at those times we cannot take walk-ins. When there is available seating we will happily accept walk-ins! It is ALWAYS safer to book online beforehand & the price is the same! Free feel to call as well. 2. "What is your cancellation/late policy?" - Studio Fee is NON-REFUNDABLE - You can cancel/reschedule your appointment via the confirmation email you receive up until 12 hours before your appointment time. (reschedule link in confirmation email) - Rescheduling fee for PARTIES is $50 to accommodate changes. If the party needs to be canceled entirely within 48 hours of the event date, $100 of the party total will not be issued back to the customer. - You have a 1 hour time-slot for beading for a workshop. If you are late, we recommend still coming, you will just have less time to bead. - If availability allows, you can stay longer than the allotted hour at no extra cost - If a person in your group isnât able to make it, you can use their studio fee towards your in-store total.
3."How does payment work?"
For workshops, guests will pay the studio fee online to reserve their spot. If you are a walk-in, you pay the studio fee in-store (Please do you best to call or book ahead of time). Once you arrive, a Beadologist will explain all the jewelry options, guide you through the process, and you will be able to pay for the jewelry you make at the end of your workshop.
4. "Are bead/charm parties private? No, other people may come in as time and space allows. We try to arrange the schedule to give our full attention to your party, but that may not always be the case. 5. "Do you sell wholesale beads?" No, we do not. We are an experience-based company that is focussed on providing a fun, crafty environment where relationships can grow! 6. "What types of payment do you take?" Card only. Venmo may also be accepted.
